Shipping policy
At Second Born Art, every order is prepared and packaged with care. We work hard to ship orders as efficiently and accurately as possible while maintaining the quality and integrity of our work.
Preorder Apparel
Select apparel items may be offered during limited preorder windows.
Preorders close on the date listed on the product page. Production begins after the preorder window ends.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production before shipment. Once production is complete, your order will ship and tracking information will be provided.
If your order contains both preorder and in-stock items, your order may ship together once all items are ready.
Preorder timelines are estimates and may vary slightly based on production volume.
Processing Time
For in-stock items, orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days after payment is confirmed.
Processing times may vary during new releases, holidays, high-volume periods, or preorder campaigns.
Processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Methods
We ship orders within the United States using USPS and other reliable carriers. Shipping options and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Free U.S. shipping is available on apparel orders of $75 or more and is shipped using the most economical available method.
We do not guarantee delivery by specific dates.
Artwork Shipping
Original artwork is carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery. Larger or higher-value pieces may require signature confirmation upon delivery.
Select original artwork orders of $399 or more within 100 miles may qualify for White Glove Local Delivery. Eligible customers will be contacted after purchase to coordinate delivery details.
Order Accuracy and Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase.
We are unable to modify shipping addresses after an order has been placed. If an incorrect address is submitted, the order may need to be cancelled and repurchased with the correct information.
Second Born Art is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery status of their shipment.
Delivery Issues and Lost Packages
If tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier to initiate an investigation.
We recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local post office before submitting a claim.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer. We are happy to assist with carrier investigations if needed.
Shipping Delays
Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or high-volume periods. These delays are outside of our control and do not qualify for refunds.
Returned and Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or refusal may be subject to additional shipping fees before reshipment.
